How I did today!
I had one mug of coffee on the run for breakfast. I was still running for lunch so I had one slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter spread on it, and a 12 oz coke. I had to go to the grocery store before I could make dinner so I decided on a $5 Subway sandwich with all the veggies they could get on it for dinner. I was really hungry, and I would not be able to eat anything tomorrow until after 12:00 since I have a doctor's appointment and have to have a fasting blood test so I ate 3/4 of it.
